Nearly the entire 5-star cluster is dated within a single narrow window (Jul 23, 2024) with vague one-line content ('good nice excellent', 'i hope,i will get high scores with you') consistent with an incentivized or farmed-review push, not organic feedback. The 17% 1-star cluster, in contrast, is detailed, specific, and dominated by unauthorized-billing and chargeback complaints - users report being double-charged after cancellation and having to block credit cards or switch bank accounts to stop recurring charges. If you are evaluating DropGenius, weight the recent detailed 1-star reviews far heavier than the headline.
