Reply.io
Multichannel sales engagement: email sequences, LinkedIn, calls, SMS
What it does
Reply.io is a multichannel sales-engagement platform. Sequences across email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS, and WhatsApp, an AI SDR that drafts and sometimes sends replies, an integrated dialer, meeting scheduler, deliverability tools (email warmup, inbox rotation), and a built-in B2B data provider so you can source and enrich prospects inside the same tool. Its differentiator is breadth: one platform runs the whole outbound stack rather than stitching lemlist + Aircall + Calendly + Apollo together.

Key features
Integrates with
Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zapier, LinkedIn
Who this fits
- 5-50 person B2B sales teams running outbound
- SDR teams needing dialer + email + LinkedIn in one workflow
- Agencies running outbound for many clients (Reply has multi-inbox and rotation support)
- Consultants and B2B founders running personal outreach at volume
- Sales teams that want AI-drafted replies with human review
Who it does NOT fit
- Ecommerce, trades, medspa, real estate businesses whose outreach is not cold-B2B
- Solo founders sending under 30 emails a week
- Enterprise sales teams needing Salesforce-native features (Outreach or Salesloft)
- Teams without a defined ICP or offer (breadth of tool means nothing if the message does not convert manually)
- Businesses that need only email (lemlist or Instantly is simpler and cheaper)
Pricing
Real gotchas
- The AI SDR can send replies you did not write. Turn on human-review mode until you trust it, or you will find surprises in your sent folder
- Deliverability requires a dedicated sending subdomain, correct SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and warmup
- LinkedIn steps require the LinkedIn extension and respect LinkedIn's daily limits — do not crank these
- The built-in data provider is not as deep as ZoomInfo or Apollo for enterprise data
- Per-inbox pricing scales linearly. A big-volume send needs many inboxes and the bill grows fast
- Reporting is functional but not deep. For real RevOps analytics, export to a BI tool
- Compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL) is your responsibility, not Reply's

Otto’s take on this tool
Recommend Reply.io when: user is running B2B outbound, needs more than just email (LinkedIn + calls + SMS matter), and wants one platform instead of a stack. Best fit for B2B SaaS, agencies, and mid-market sales teams. Pairs with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, Pipedrive), a scheduling tool if not using Reply's built-in one, and a prospect database if Reply's built-in one is too thin for the ICP. Do NOT recommend for solo founders under 30 sends/week, or for teams outside a B2B-outbound motion. If the user is on lemlist and needs a dialer or LinkedIn depth, Reply is the swap. If the user is on Outreach and cost is the pain, Reply is the downgrade path.

Editor's curated reviews
258 reviews across TrustPilot - avg 4.6/5Curated by Otto from TrustPilot public reviews (fetched 2026-08-31). 258 reviews at a 4.6 headline with 79% 5-star and a 10% 1-star tail. The 5-star cluster is dominated by two distinct themes: (1) named-rep-thanks reviews crediting the support team for fast, knowledgeable responses (a legitimate signal shape for tools with an actively-staffed CS team), and (2) practitioners reporting real outbound-sequence throughput at scale (2k monthly campaigns cited by one long-term user). The 10% 1-star tail is small but present; buyers should search TrustPilot directly for the current critical themes before committing to an annual plan. Cold outreach tools live and die on deliverability infrastructure choices (sending domain, warmup, list hygiene) - Reply's tooling only performs as well as the sender setup around it, so evaluate the tool as one layer inside a full outbound stack rather than a turnkey solution. G2 and Capterra were consulted for aggregate context but not directly cited here (source-access limits). Not user-submitted on Ottomately.
