Salesflare

CRM built for small B2B teams that hate CRM data entry

What it does

Salesflare is a "zero-input" B2B CRM that auto-populates contacts, companies, and activities from your Gmail/Outlook, LinkedIn, calendar, and phone. Sync a mailbox, and your contact records fill in without manual data entry. Pipeline view, email sequences, email tracking, and a Gmail sidebar so reps live in their inbox and never open the CRM UI. Positioned for small B2B teams that hate CRM admin, especially agencies, consultancies, and SaaS startups. Belgium-built, strong in Europe but broadly usable.

Integrates with

Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Zapier, LinkedIn

Who this fits

  • Small B2B sales teams (1-25) that hate manual CRM entry
  • Agencies and consultancies with a relationship-driven pipeline
  • Founders selling into their network without a dedicated CRM admin
  • SaaS startups doing outbound + inbound with 1-5 SDRs
  • Anyone whose CRM data goes stale because reps forget to log activities

Who it does NOT fit

  • Enterprise sales orgs (Salesforce, HubSpot Enterprise)
  • Marketing-led inbound funnels (HubSpot's marketing stack is the reason)
  • Outbound dialer teams (Close wins on the dialer)
  • Ecommerce or B2C
  • Teams that need advanced forecasting/quota mgmt

Pricing

- Growth: ~$29/user/mo (annual), email tracking, sequences, sidebar, pipeline - Pro: ~$49/user/mo (annual), permissions, custom dashboards, workflow automation - Enterprise: ~$99/user/mo, dedicated success, custom training, advanced features Prices billed annually. Free 30-day trial. No free tier past trial.

Real gotchas

  • The auto-enrichment is good but not perfect. Occasional duplicate contact records
  • Email sequence sending goes through your mailbox (Gmail/Outlook), so daily sending limits apply
  • Not built for high-volume outbound. If you need to send 500 emails/day/rep, use a dedicated tool
  • Reporting is decent but thin compared to HubSpot/Salesforce
  • Custom fields limits by tier
  • Mobile app is functional but the sidebar experience is where the product lives
  • Integrations depth varies. Zapier fills gaps

Integrations that matter

Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365, LinkedIn (sidebar), Zapier, Make, Slack, Trello, Asana, Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot Marketing (data sync), Mailchimp, native REST API.

Otto’s take on this tool

Recommend Salesflare when: user is a solo founder or small B2B sales team; pain_point is "our CRM is a graveyard because nobody updates it"; motion is relationship-driven B2B or consultative sales; and the team lives in Gmail/Outlook already. Pairs with LinkedIn (via sidebar), Calendly, Slack, and an ESP for marketing. Do NOT recommend for enterprise sales, marketing-led inbound (HubSpot), high-volume outbound dialer (Close), or ecommerce. The auto-enrichment pitch is the buying reason; if the user doesn't have "we forget to log activities" as a real pain, cheaper CRMs (HubSpot free, Pipedrive) win.
